Collecting Reports – How to Collect Laboratory Reports

Laboratory test reports can be collected at the facility or viewed and printed online by entering your tax code and report code. Some specialist tests may require longer waiting times or produce partial reports.

The report contains the results of the specialist visit or test performed. In some cases, it can be delivered directly at the end of the service; in others, it is made available at a later date. In this case, the staff will inform the user of the location and date from which it can be collected.

Since the report is a personal and confidential document, it can only be delivered to the interested party upon presentation of a valid identification document.

• External users who have undergone laboratory tests at ASST facilities.
• Authorized delegates who collect the report on the individual's behalf.

Come fare

Collection may also be carried out by a designated person, provided they have:

• written authorization signed by the interested party;
• payment receipt or exemption certificate;
• valid identification document of the authorized person;
• copy of the interested party's identification document.

Online Service

• Use the "Laboratory Reports" banner on the ASST website.
• Enter your tax code and report code (provided with the sample collection slip).
• The report cannot currently be downloaded from a smartphone, so using a PC is recommended; for assistance, please contact the Public Relations Office.
• Before accessing, you must confirm your acceptance of the privacy policy (GDPR).

Specialized Tests

• Some tests sent to other laboratories require longer response times (approximately 4–7 days); in these cases, partial reports may be requested.
• For microbiological or in-depth tests, consent for further investigation is required upon admission and, if necessary, the cost of the services may be recalculated.
