The Regional Health Record (FSR) and the Electronic Health Record (FSE) are digital tools that securely collect citizens' health information, such as medical reports, prescriptions, and vaccinations. They allow you to consult your data and share it with authorized professionals, even between different regions.
The Regional Health Record (FSR) securely collects all your health data and documents generated in your region, such as medical records, prescriptions, and vaccinations. It's already available to you and allows you to consult your medical history and share information with authorized healthcare professionals, providing you consent for consultation.
The Electronic Health Record (FSE) is the national version of the record, making your data available even outside your region of residence. Through the FSE, you can manage documents, medical records, appointments, prescriptions, and your family's medical information online, in a secure and protected environment with SPID or CIE. The service is free and guarantees privacy, allowing your doctor and other healthcare professionals to view your data without having to print paper documents.
The EHR is required by law for all citizens receiving healthcare assistance residing or domiciled in Lombardy. In accordance with Article 11 of Legislative Decree 34/2020, it is automatically updated with the current and past clinical data and documents that comprise your health history.
