Competenze

The Healthcare Management, through the Healthcare Director, coordinates and strategically directs the hospital departments, ensuring the hygiene and organizational functions of all units within the Hospital. It supports and monitors the activities of healthcare service managers and promotes integration between services. It collaborates with the General Manager, providing opinions and proposals, and assuming responsibility for assigned functions.

The Healthcare Management oversees the following departments: Surgery, Emergency, Medical, Maternal and Child, Clinical Services, Oncology, and Rehabilitation, as well as the Clinical Engineering Unit.
